Your Event Deserves More Than Just Photos—It Deserves a Story Told Right.

  1. What services do you provide? – CMJ Photography offers conference and event photography, conference headshot stations, and corporate headshots.
  2. Do you travel? – YES! Our team of creatives is available to capture your event, large or small in the U.S. and beyond. We have captured conferences and events both nationally and internationally and would love to join you.
  3. Do you charge travel fees? – When it comes to travel, we live by the phrase ‘rate + room’ meaning we require our hourly or day rate plus rooms for whoever will be on site. Anything above and beyond that is included and you won’t have to worry about it. This includes flights, Ubers, meals, rental cars, luggage fees and more, all taken care of.
  4. Do you offer same-day edits for photos? - Yes, we can provide same-day edits for select projects, such as event headshots or sneak peak conference recaps, upon request. This service is subject to availability and additional fees, so please let us know during the planning process if this is something you’re interested in.
  5. Do you provide both RAW files and edited deliverables? - Yes, we typically provide fully edited high resolution photos as part of our services. If you require raw files, we can include them for an additional fee, which covers the transfer and management of those files.
  6. How long does it take to receive the final photos? - Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days. If you have a specific deadline, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
  7. How far in advance should we book you for our event? – The sooner, the better. A signed contract and deposit are required to add you to our calendar officially. Dates are reserved on a first-come basis.
